We are currently unable to confirm what services will be delivered within neighbourhood health centres as this is still under development. 

SEL ICB has worked with the HIN (and SW London ICB) to submit coordinated OPIP bids in November 2025. If successful, the HIN could be a delivery partner for elements of the successful bid, although this will be contingent on due
procurement process. SEL ICB has a strong working relationship generally with its HIN, a key SEL ICS partner organisation.

Tier 4

This is bundled into the full annual value of the total contract, which includes a variety of services. Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust (medical service), King's College Hospital NHS Foundation (surgical service), Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust (surgical service).

We are unable to separate out the Tier 4 element only - noting also that the Trust’s provide this service for non-SEL patients also. 

We have not yet confirmed any funding flows or commissioning responsibilities for weight management services relating to neighbourhood health.
