 Ashford & St Peters provides Specialist Weight Management
Services for Frimley ICB as part of a block contract arrangement (main contract held by Surry Heartlands ICB).

Additional non-contracted activity for SWMS, accessed through Patient Right to Choose, is managed through agreed Indicative Activity Plans.

The ICB has a Locally Commissioned Service in place in Primary Care for the implementation of NICE TA1026.

The NHS Weight Management Enhanced Service (national GP
contract initiative) is supported by the ICB.
