Our service is mobilising and has started to receive referrals, we do not hold any current data.

Currently there are no services being delivered in Neighbourhood Health Centres (or equivalent Neighbourhood Health Structures) for Weight Management.

We have, however recently launched a Weight Management Referral Hub, which provides a single point of access to signpost patients to behavioural support, prescribing providers and non-medicated support. 

We are not currently working with any local health innovation/science networks, relating to weight management services. 

Question 4

The ICB makes reimbursements to GP practices who refer eligible patients to the national weight management programme. This is funded nationally, with our allocation
being received at the end of the financial year based upon achievement.
