No. NHS Cheshire & Merseyside ICB does not have a specific obesity treatment pathway for patients; treatment is in line with the relevant NICE TAs and NHS England guidance. NHS Cheshire & Merseyside ICBS does not hold data on referrals to the
commissioned Tier 3 and Tier 4 weight management services.
Question 3
Weight management services are not currently being delivered in
Neighbourhood Health Centres or equivalent structures and there are not
current plans to change these services to under the Neighbourhood Health
Model. However, due to the infancy of the Neighbourhood Health Models within Cheshire and Merseyside this may change in the future once they are fully established.
